MyAXA SG, developed by AXA Singapore, is a free finance application available for Android devices. It is designed to provide customers with a one-stop customer servicing portal, allowing them to easily view their policies, access their medical e-card, locate the nearest GP, and more.
One of the most prominent features of MyAXA SG is the policy overview, which provides customers with a quick and easy way to view their policy details. Additionally, customers can access their e-policy documents for policies purchased after May 27, 2019, and submit a request for fund switch and/or premium re-direction.
Another useful feature offered by MyAXA SG is the medical e-card and GP clinic locator, which allows customers to easily find the nearest GP clinic. In case of any emergencies, customers can also get in touch with AXA through the app.
